HEPA filter available in a broad selection of efficiencies, cell side materials and configurations. Separators are available in corrugated aluminum. Made of ultra-fine Glass Fiber Media. Available efficiencies: 99.97% to 99.9995%. Available nominal depth: 6" and 12".
AFI SUPER ABSO-SYS - I - HIGH CAPACITY (DEEP PLEAT)
High Capacity Abso-Sys- I has the same construction as the Standard Abso-Sys –I except that it is designed to handle up to 5400m3/hr with lower resistance. Available efficiencies: 99.97% to 99.9995%. Available nominal depth: 6" and 12".
AFI ABSO-SYS HT – HIGH TEMP (FOR OVEN APPLICATION)
Same construction as the Abso-Sys- I filter except that the High Temperature filter is made with Stainless steel or aluminium cell sides and special sealant specifically built for applications with continuous operating temperatures up to 300°C. Available efficiencies: 99.97% to 99.99%. Available nominal depth: 6" and 12".
AFI ABSO-SYS - II - MINI PLEAT (FOR LOW AIR FLOW)
Mini-pleat design filter using special thermoplastic bead separators. Available with a variety of media pack configurations and efficiencies: 99.99% to 99.99995%. Standard extruded aluminum cell sides available with knife-edge or gasket seal frame. Available nominal depth: 2" to 4".
AFI ABSO-SYS – III – MINI PLEAT (FOR HIGH AIR FLOW)
High capacity filter specifically designed for use in high air volume applications up to 4000 m3/h (2500cfm). Multiple mini-pleat packs arranged in a V-shaped galvanized steel housing; ensures high efficiency filtration with low air resistance. Available efficiencies: 99.99% to 99.999%. Available nominal depth: 12".
