Pre Filters- 80% - 90% Efficiency |
The AFI Pre filters made-up of multi layers of the best quality branded high density Poly Ethylene mesh (H.D.P.E.)/hi loft non woven synthetic filter media. It is highly suitable for holding 10, 15, and 20 microns of dust present in the environment and also have 80- 90 percent efficiency. All our products are washable, cleanable and also have one and half times the surface area than any other normal Pre- Filters that have low media velocity and three to four times the service life. The AFI Pre Filters are factory scanned and confirms to ASHRAE 52.2/EN779.
Application
It is extensively applied in the conditioning and ventilation systems, air handling units, power plants, chemical and fertilizer complexes where filtration up to and above 10 micron dust particles have to be filtered.
Disposable Pre Filters
Our Disposable Pleated Pre Filters are manufactured from lofted high performance non woven media formed into a radical pleat design that assures total usage of the filter media. The media is supported for strength by a welded wire grid with an effective open area of not less than 96% and finally enclosed in a rigid moisture resistant cardboard frame. It has 25 to 35 percent efficiency.
Construction/Size: Available both in flange & box type frames in different
sizes and depths as per system air flow.
Casing / Frames: Available in G.I., MS, MS powder coated,
and paper craft cardboard.
